How to fill Build and Publish form

Once your app design is completed, you can proceed with the Build and Publish form to generate your Android and iOS builds.


Open Build and Publish Section

  • From the left sidebar, click on Build and Publish

  • You will see 4 sub-sections that need to be completed


Section 1: App Details

In this section, enter all the basic information about your app:

Fill in the following details:

  • App Name

  • Subtitle

  • App Description

  • Privacy Policy URL

  • Contact Support URL

Upload the required assets:

  • App Icon

  • Splash Screen

👉 Upload assets as per the recommended size and format (refer to the attached screenshot).

Once done, click Next.

Section 2: Firebase Details

  • Upload the Firebase Service Account Key File

  • On the right side, you will find a help doc titled
    “How to Download Firebase Service Account Key File”

  • Refer to that guide if you don’t have the file ready

After uploading the file, click Next.

Section 3: Build Details

Here you will be asked: Where do you wish to publish your app?

You can choose one of the following options:

Publish on your own Developer Accounts

  • You will need to provide:

    • App Store (Apple Developer Account) details

    • Play Store (Google Play Console) details

OR

Publish using Apptile Developer Account

  • Select this option No, if you want Apptile to handle publishing on your behalf

Once selected and details are filled click on Request iOS/Android Build, click Next.

Section 4: Your Builds

  • Once all three sections above are completed:

    • Android and iOS builds will be triggered automatically

  • Build files (APK / AAB / IPA) will be generated accordingly

Next Steps

  • After submitting the Build and Publish form, please inform the Apptile team

  • The team will take it forward for:

    • Build verification

    • Asset creation (if required)

    • App submission on Play Store and App Store
