Log in to the Live Dashboard
In the Apptile dashboard, click Live in the left panel.
Log in with the email linked to your Shopify account and the password the Apptile team shares with you. No password? Email support@apptile.com.
Create and schedule your stream
On the Apptile Live home page, click + Create stream to set up a stream, or Schedule for later to plan one.
On the Create livestream page, click Edit on the stream card to set the Topic, Description, and Thumbnail.
Under Products, search or scan to add products (optional — you can go live without any).
Under Go live on, choose where to stream: your store plus the social channels you connected.
Leave Notify followers on so app users get a push notification when you go live.
To start right away, click Go live now. To plan, click Schedule.
Pick a date and time and click Set time. Followers are notified before the stream starts.
Click Schedule stream. To change the slot, click Edit time.
Step 3: Go live
When it's time, the host clicks Join as Host, mostly on an iPad or their phone, and a teammate clicks Join as Moderator on the same stream card.
Please note that Join as Moderator activates only when the host has joined. To enable, please refresh the browser.
Option A — Host from the mobile app (recommended)
Open the Apptile Live app and go to the Live section. Your scheduled stream is listed there; or tap + Create Stream to start a new one (topic, description, thumbnail, Facebook pages, products).
Tap Join as Host to start streaming.
Option B — Host from desktop
Under Upcoming Streams on the Live Dashboard, click Join as Host.
The live console has three panels: products on the left, a live preview in the centre, and comments on the right.
The live console (Host or Moderator on desktop)
Left panel — click Add to add products, or Show to put a product on screen. You can pick the exact colour and size variant.
Centre panel — a live preview of the broadcast with the timer and viewer count.
Right panel — Live Chat, plus tabs for Notify Users, Share, Poll, Giveaway and Settings.
Top bar — shows which channels you are live on (App, Facebook, Instagram), Total Sales in real time, and End Stream when you're done.
Step 4: Engage viewers while you're live
The moderator runs these from the right-hand tabs of the desktop console, so the host can keep talking.

Before your first live sale
To build an audience:
Announce the schedule on your app, website, email and social; pin it to the top of your social profiles.
Send email/SMS reminders and a scheduled push notification from the Apptile dashboard.
Post teasers of products you'll show and offer live-only perks: discounts, giveaways, early-viewer rewards.
Use a clear topic and a high-quality thumbnail; for YouTube, test with a short private stream first.
