How to Schedule Your Live Stream

  1. Set Up and Schedule Your Live Stream

    1. Log in to your Apptile Live Dashboard using your credentials.

    2. Click on + Create Stream.

    3. Enter your Topic, Description, and Thumbnail Image.

    4. Stream To (Optional) – Select the Facebook or Instagram pages you want to stream to under the Stream To section.

    5. Schedule (Optional) – Schedule your stream by selecting a date and time.

    6. Notify Users (Optional) – Set a notification so users are alerted when you go live.

Best Practices

  • Use a clear, descriptive topic, so viewers know what to expect.

  • Upload a high-quality thumbnail; it's often the first thing viewers see.

  • Schedule streams in advance to build anticipation.

  • Enable notifications so your audience is alerted when you go live.

  • Cross-post to Facebook and Instagram to maximize reach.
