Set up YouTube with Apptile Live

To stream your live events to YouTube, you'll need to connect your YouTube channel with Apptile.

How to Connect Your YouTube Account

  1. Open Apptile Live Dashboard

    1. In the Live Dashboard, click on Settings in the left panel.

    2. Under Channels, select YouTube.

    3. If you haven't connected your YouTube account yet, you'll see a Connect with YouTube button.

  2. Authorize Apptile

    1. Log in with your YouTube credentials and grant Apptile the necessary permissions to connect.

    2. Once connected, all your YouTube channels will appear under Stream To YouTube.

Best Practices

  • Ensure your YouTube channel is verified and enabled for live streaming (this can take up to 24 hours on a new channel)

  • Grant all requested permissions; limiting them may prevent streaming

  • Test the connection with a short private stream before your first public live event

  • Reconnect if your YouTube permissions expire or change
