How to Set Up Pre-Orders
Once the Pre-Order feature is enabled from the backend, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Apptile Dashboard.
Go to Integrations.
Click on "Manage" on the Pre-Order block.
Select the products you want to enable for pre-orders and configure them accordingly.
Additional Options
View Orders – Click View Orders to see all the pre-orders placed by customers.
Pre-Authorization Duration – Set the number of days a customer's payment authorization will remain valid before the order is fulfilled.
Best Practices
Enable pre-orders for products with high demand or upcoming launches to capture early interest
Set a reasonable pre-authorization duration that aligns with your expected fulfillment timeline
Regularly check View Orders to monitor pre-order volume and plan inventory accordingly
Communicate estimated delivery dates clearly so customers know what to expect
You're Ready
Once configured, customers will be able to place pre-orders for selected products directly from your app.
