How to Use Cart Assist
Log in to Apptile.
Go to Integrations.
Click on Cart Assist.
In the search bar, search for the customer.
Click on the customer's profile.
You will now be able to view and modify the customer's cart.
Click on Add items to add new products. You can also change the variant and quantity. Hit Save Cart after the desired changes.

Reach out to your Apptile account manager if Cart Assist is not yet enabled for your store
