Understanding the Apptile refund policy and eligibility criteria.

At Apptile, we operate on a month-to-month subscription model. The initial charge is billed on the first day of your subscription, unless a trial period is specified. Our refund policy allows you to request a refund by simply submitting an email, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

If you wish to request a refund, please reach out to us at help@apptile.com with your reason for refund. We'd love to hear your feedback and understand why you're requesting a refund so that we can improve to create a better experience.

Important Note

If you’re a Core Plan user who wishes to cancel the subscription with time left in your billing period, your account will be closed by the end of the respective month.
