How to find Entity Name, Team Id, Issuer Id, Key ID & P8 file on App Store Connect?

Please follow the steps below to find the required details:

Entity Name

  1. Go to https://developer.apple.com/account

  2. Find the 'Membership Details' option on top of your screen, and click on that

  3. Locate your 'Entity Name'

Team ID

  1. Go to https://developer.apple.com/account

  2. Scroll down to locate your Team ID under the 'Membership details' section

Steps to get Issuer ID, Key ID & P8 File (when you have an existing app)

To acquire the Issuer ID, Key ID and download the P8 File, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/access/users

  2. Click on the 'Integrations' tab , and on the left menu click on 'App Store Connect API'

  3. Copy the Issuer ID and download the Key ID (Please refer to the attached screenshot).

In case you don't have an existing app, you will see the below screen once you enter the Integrations tab.

Steps to Generate Issuer ID, Key ID & P8 file (when you don't have an existing app)

  1. Visit your App Store Connect account: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login ​

  2. In the top menu bar, select ‘Users and Access’.

  3. Now Go to Keys and click on the Request Access button.

  4. Please select the check box and click on Submit.

  5. The API access should get immediately approved and you will seen an updated screen. Please click the Generate API Key button.

  6. Please add the API name as "Apptile-api-key" with Access level as "Admin" and click on Generate.

  7. This will generate a new API key ID and Issuer ID on your account. Please do download the API key (and keep it safe since the private key is available for download a single time.)​

  8. Finally, please share the API Key ID, Issuer ID, and Downloaded API key file with us over email at launch@apptile.com
