Desktop Setup

  • Equip your team with a desktop computer to manage tasks like responding to shopper comments and questions during the live sale.

Mobile Device

  • Install the Apptile Live app on a mobile device. The app is available for both Android and iOS

Reliable Internet Connection

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection with an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps.

Preferred Web Browser

  • We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience, as it offers more optimized performance compared to Safari, Firefox, or Edge.

Maximising your live stream’s visibility can significantly increase sales. Here are some strategies to help you promote your live sessions effectively:

  • Announcement Channels: Share your upcoming live stream schedule across platforms like your mobile app, website, email newsletters, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Pinning Schedule: Pin your live stream schedule at the top of your social media profiles to ensure it’s the first thing visitors see.

Utilize Reminders

  • Automated Alerts: Use email and SMS sequences to automatically remind your audience about the live stream, reducing manual effort and improving time management.

  • Scheduled Push notification for your Live Sale: You can schedule a push notification for your live sale from Apptile dashboard which will remind your App users about the upcoming Live Selling event.
