Navigate to Notification, and click on "Create New".
Choose a Template
Select the automated template that best fits your campaign.
Abandoned Cart Template: Automatically sends notifications to users who added items to their cart but did not complete the purchase. These notifications are typically sent a few hours to a day after cart abandonment.
Back in Stock Template: Notifies users when previously out-of-stock products they showed interest in are available again. This helps capture intent-driven purchases and re-engage high-intent shoppers.

Customer Winback: Targets inactive or churned users with personalized messages or offers to bring them back. Typically triggered after a defined period of inactivity to revive engagement and conversions.
New User Welcome: Sent to first-time users after app install or sign-up. Introduces the brand, highlights key features or collections, and often includes an incentive to drive the first purchase.
Order Success: Triggered immediately after a successful purchase. Confirms the order details and can be used to build trust, provide next steps, and recommend related products or actions.
Design and Add Content
Use the pre-configured message, or
Customize the notification copy.
You can also add an image. This helps make your notification more visually appealing and engaging.
